Learn the basics of making dumplings. Create fillings and learn the art of folding dumplings into different shapes. Participants will experience two flavors: mixed-vegetable and kimchi-based fillings. We will cover two cooking methods: boil and pan-fried dumplings. Guests will also learn to make accompanying dipping sauces.
