Medicaid Workshop Presented by the Health and Welfare Council of Long Island (IN PERSON)

Certified Facilitated Enrollers provide free insurance assistance to the Aged (65+), Blind and Disabled population. Facilitated Enrollers fill out paper applications and submit them to the Department of Social services in Nassau & Suffolk County.
